Pros

Good benefits, competitive salary, good company reputation. Good opportunities to develop for people early in their career.

Cons

Not the same since being acquired by Roche, a company that likes to lead from Basel and see other locations fall in line. News about re-org and layoffs used to be communicated clearly, now I have to get news through the grapevine. Development opportunities tend to drop off for mid-career (i.e. middle aged) professionals.

Great pay and benefits, opportunity for advancement (if you work for it and seek it - don't wait for it to come to you), supportive leadership.

Cons

Not all roles stayed remote, though I do think many more could be and that this would improve/maintain employee morale.
