You will have only 1 weekend (maybe)off a month. "HR" will tell you it's "occasional",it's not, The management seems to get worse every year. You will be put in many unsafe situations, then you will be blamed when something unsafe happens. If you enjoy being at work 6 to 7 days a week then they will love you,untill you make a mistake. Generac has " big city" ideas and "small town" implementation.
