Pros

If you are an engineer, I suspect you will do very, very well here. It is an engineering outfit; every other employee exists to support engineering (hint hint, know your place).

Cons

Fear seems to be the only mechanism used to influence performance. Feedback was never positive, never upbeat, even when the numbers were met and the stock tripled. Zero opportunities in most departments other than operations and engineering.

Good pay and hours/overtime. I liked the newer equipment they have and the last pro is if you worked steady they didn't bother you at all.

Cons

You have gaurd your computer log in password or other employee's/supervisor's go through your private emails and misinterpret them as offensive when it not what it sounds like.
