      Pros

      HR team will hire anybody.

      Cons

      Feels like they don't care if you have a family. They expect you to work Monday through Saturday 9 to 10 hours a day every week. They don't promote from within for anything higher than lead. They don't reward good work or loyalty. They let engineering decide how production is ran, not the production supervisors. HR team will hire anybody. HR team will let workers walk over the shift leads unpunished. Management doesn't seem to know what they are doing. HR team and management team seem to care more about keeping new hires happy at the expense of their long time employees happiness.

      The company is growing, updating systems, remodeling the office space and manufacturing facilities to ensure they are a light bright place to work. Lots of opportunity to get involved with company committees and community involvement.

      Cons

      Storms are unpredictable and the amount of work increases if you are not a flexible adaptable individual this will be a difficult environment. If you like a fast paced environment that offers change and growth this will be a pro instead of a con.
