      Was working with a group that did not function well together Others outside of my group could be impatient and rude when handling new employees HRBP was unpleasant and overwhelmed with their role Everyone wanted to be the busiest

      Pros

      Great compensation, challenging work, hard working people. Enjoyed working at Generac for almost 10 years. Upper management has a great vision of moving the company forward.

      Cons

      Priorities change frequently at Generac. This can be a negative when not planned appropriately. Balance needed between demand and available resources.

      Pros

      Benefits are pretty good and inexpensive compared to a lot of places. You will work with some good people that you can commiserate with.

      Cons

      Understaffed, overworked and under paid. Upper Management just doesn't care about it's people. "What you aren't working 60hrs a week regularly are you? Then what's the problem?" They could not care less about your personal life, want you to work as many hours as possible to get the work done. You will get burned out.
