Pros

95 % great people. Most are extremely hard workers. Compensation mediocre.

Cons

Manager's /directors/vps need not be fearful of those who are not pulling their weight. Listen or ask peers or those around them. Pay needs to revolve around performance. What would it take to replace that employee? Everyone is replaceable.

I really enjoyed my co works and team leader that I work with. Depend on what section you are in the teamwork and helping each other out was outstanding with your co-works

Cons

Well you apply for one job and they offer you a different job. The upper management lack communication and leadership.
