      Overtime is always there regardless if you need it or not. People you work with are cool for the most part

      No family life no personal life, they just don't care about you period.

      Busy seasons can keep you non-stop: a perk if you like your work days to fly by. Work hard and you'll have opportunities to grow in your position or expand to greater opportunities in the organization (average within 2 years). Great employees and several fun days to participate in - great ways to break up some of the busy or slower days. A positive attitude will take you a long way in this company!

      Cons

      Can be a little difficult to navigate your career path - they do have a learning department that can help but it is still growing. Sometimes the communication doesn't always cascade to all parties - always a work in progress.
