Weekend shift are nice. Full time, 4 days off. Ok pay.

Cons

Upper management has no clue about their positions. Technicians and maintenance often have no idea what they need to repair. All due mostly to extremely poor communication and leadership.

You will learn a lot by yourself because there are very limited people can teach you anything.

Cons

People turn over rate is very high. doesn't matter in the office or on the floor. Managers doesn't care about you. Everything is about their KPI and how to make them looked good. You will find out very difficult to work on anything because no one taking responsibility. Lack of communication and knowledge in every department.
