Pros
1. Company is employee-oriented, with great benefits, bonuses and opportunity to get promoted. 2. You have access to their products. 3. Many departments are open to cross-training.
Cons
1. Lot of people talk about how they pay less than competitors... 2. There are growing pains so many initiatives are left to be raised from bottom-up since leadership is too busy. Leadership focuses on growth opportunity while existing employees have to play catch up and make do with outdated policy/headcount, prove the need to grow internally to meet the demand, etc
