      Constant work, good coworkers, easy but demanding job

      Cons

      Office workers (engineers, HR, etc) seemed to have high and unrealistic expectations due to not understanding what it takes to build the equipment

      Pros

      Generac is investing a lot in its welding departments and doing a good job at getting employee feedback on any type of issue in the workplace

      Cons

      It’s impossible to get fired from this place over lack of productivity unless you’re really trying and they hire shady people with checkered backgrounds. Being a motivated employee this is challenging to work around. As gratifying as a honest days work is it’s really demotivating to see someone get laid the same to do a third as much work.
