Diverse company that continues to expand into new technologies.
Cons
Generac got too big, too fast and now a lot of internal problems due to bad leadership are destroying the moral. They are layoffs and furloughs in multiple business groups, so maybe think long and hard about joining. The massive crash in the stock price has leadership running scared. They love to silo business groups, but this causes the problems they are currently facing. The CEO blames everyone but himself for the current environment.
