Pros

Benefits are excellent. Pay is good. Co-workers good to work with. Workload not bad.

Cons

As a whole, management not all on the same page. Lots of finger pointing between departments. Not much training. HR is non-existent.

Pros

It's slow paced. You get rewarded and recognized for doing your job. You get to work on innovative technology. There is a lot of expertise and resources within reach.

Cons

There's a million company processes and it's not really clear which ones I'm supposed to follow and when. The base pay is ok, but the bonuses and yearly raises are sub-par. The technology we get to work with is fascinating, but somehow between the culture, environment, and/or organizational structure, the work is completely boring and even soul crushing.

Thanks for your feedback. We’re happy to hear that you’re enjoying all the tech and innovation you’re helping to make possible. Our vertical integration and end-to-end manufacturing are core values that enable us to control every element of our production and success. We understand your frustration with processes. As you know, we’ve experienced considerable growth -- and so process is something we continually work on.
