Awesome Place to work in San Diego

Pros

Great product, beautiful campus, 9/80 schedule, competitive pay and bonus

Cons

Grew a little too fast so the company is playing catch up. A very engineering driven (as opposed to Supply Chain driven) culture.

You’ve probably noticed we’re not just driven by engineers, but truly great, imaginative, innovative, open-minded engineers. It’s part of why we grew so fast, and still are. We appreciate everyone’s understanding as we upgrade the business systems and processes that support this amazing engineering culture

Lots of Reasons to Work Here

Pros

Vacation plan is awesome; starts at three weeks. 401K is good; company matches 50% up to 6%. Huge bonus is retirement plan: fully sponsored by company at 7%. 9 x 80 work schedule. Annual bonus depending on profitability. Privately held so not subject to the whims of the market. Relatively small company so you can make an impact. Growth potential as company expands product lines and customers.

Cons

Can be a lot of hours. Remote worksites. Non-traditional aerospace company.

Pros

--Great work/life balance --Competitive pay --Good benefits: 401(k), pension --Coworkers and management want to see you succeed

Cons

--No cons yet, though I'm wary of if they offer competitive raises and upward room for growth. No evidence of that yet though until my first performance review
