Pros

Medical dental benefits options, 401, pension, vacation accrual improves with years of service at a good rate.

Cons

Get your salary set coming in the door, the raises are meager at best, never come anywhere near inflation, Difficult to advance out of Integration if you do your job well, make it difficult to advance, departmentally trapped. Easier to move around/advance from other departments. Bad management and low pay drives a large turnover of employees in Integration. Difficult to keep skilled/talented people. Low to no morale.
