Pros

I love the people! There is really good work-life balance. Benefits are good and you get to learn a lot from mentors and coworkers. Everyone is willing to help out. The pay is competitive now that there has been an increase in salary value for the entire company.

Cons

I wish there was more WFH. More inclusion and diversity.

Pros

There are some good groups that do their best to facilitate good company culture

Cons

Unfortunately not the best company culture flowing down from the old school director.

Pros

Flexible work schedule Work from home available up to 2 days per week 9/80 work schedule

Cons

Leadership can be very unorganized at times with many groups taking a "wing it and clean it up later" approach. Salaries vary widely for engineers in different groups among the company with the same qualifications. You really have to make sure you're in a group that upper management deems "important."
