Pros

Good work life balance. 9/80 schedule is nice and there is the option to work from home on occasion. Regular raises and bonuses.

Cons

Work load wildly fluctuates throughout the year with the responsibility left up to the employee at times to find tasks to do if there is a low volume of work. The charge number system is a real pain to work with. Some of the business partners this company has chosen to work with are a bit morally questionable.
