-Interesting work -nice size private cubicles -9/80 work schedule, 3 day weekends every other week!!! -Confidence in job security -Great place to grow as an engineer right out-of-college -Lots of smart people

Cons

-Pay is somewhat OK but tends to plateau with inflation based raises even with excellent annual performance reviews -Talented people realize salary will jump by leaving company, saturating labor pool with lower performers. -communication between functional groups needs to be standardized and improved -Too much politics, creating headaches trying to complete the simplest of tasks = waste

Pros

Love what we do at this company. Benefits are great, to include 401k, vacation time, 9/80 schedule, etc. Most teams are decent to work with.

Cons

Not enough communication. Due to the rapid growth of the company too many people have been hired that should not be working here, and hard to terminate.
