      Horrendous legacy code with no effort to update, no headphone policy, management keeps software devs in the dark, deadweight employees.

      In charge of department, which gave me very valuable experience to work with upper manage in a face to face environment.

      Cons

      Had to depend of a very slow delivery process for parts. Which was a process that is very common in the military supply system.
