Pros

Pays well, benefits are quite good. Good place for someone who can manage themselves and their time. Assignments are frequently challenging and appropriate to the employee's skill set.

Cons

This company is trying to evolve from small business to major player, but the transition has been challenging. There is mild disorganization right now, but should improve in the next year.

Pros

Interesting work and you get to work with hardware even as a software person. Overall friendly group who believe in their mission.

Cons

Coordination between groups is sometimes lacking. It's largely dependent on getting contracts so job security may become a concern for some people.
