The most disorganized place I have ever worked. Most days I had either no real work or couldn't do the work I had. I was on a crew of about 20 people and my boss only ever had work for about 10 to 12 people. So everyone else was bored all day with nothing to do. If you got a job, then you had to hope you had the parts or support from other trades to do the job.
