Pros

Great career progression opportunities if you are willing to put in the work. Pay and benefits are great as well compared to a lot of other companies in the mid coast area. Working for a company that engineers, designs and constructs destroyers for the US Navy - pretty cool if you ask me! Bath Built is Best Built!

Cons

It is a large company with a lot of red tape as a government contractor, so not everything is rainbows and butterflies, but the pros greatly outweigh the cons.
