Rewarding and fulfilling work. Always new challenges to work through.

Cons

Unless you’re “in” you’re out. No promotion opportunities in operations unless you’re somehow related to upper management. Literally no work life balance and constant threatening from upper management about meetings that start an hour after shift. Has potential to be a great place to work but there is no regard for work/life balance and the CEO acknowledges it.

- Company has great benefits - Pretty solid work days (you know what to expect) - Management is understanding

Cons

- Company culture is old minded and basically non existent - Some days there is very little work to do even when I ask for more work - Parking is an absolute nightmare
