Pros
Plenty of training opportunities and invests in career planning for their employees. I almost quit (my previous manager was not ideal) and they offered me a competitive salary along with a new position on a team I prospered in. THEN, they trainied and promoted me to a Team Lead! Pay was VERY competitive. Very transparent with corporate communications. Vacation, Sick/Personal Leave, and Holidays are all separate forms of vacation hours and there is PLENTY. Was VERY impressed with how they reward you with this. Also Benefits are pretty awesome too!
Cons
MANY levels of management. Sometimes this is good until you see your plans get altered last-minute. But I guess it's all for the good of the company.
