-annual reduction in force around holiday season -no one takes testers seriously -will pay you as little as possible -difficult to move into higher salary without a new job offer

The organization has an excellent benefit package which includes dicounts on various club memberships such as BJ's and automobile purchases.

Cons

The internal talent is not utilized to the organizations advantage and there is no true "Standardized" company policy. Moreover, it's ethical standards have taken a turn for the worst.
