      Diversified opportunities to work supporting federal government projects.

      Cons

      Can't determine how to expand their long-term vision beyond supporting current business. Management scared stiff, lack of people skills, lack of honesty and integrity within certain business units.

      Work for a company that hates their employees

      Pros

      They heat the building in the winter. They don't always air condition it in the summer. If you like being pigeon holed with no chance for advancement, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      They don't even pay severance when they let you go. They have taken away all of their benefits. You are under constant video surveillance when in the building, even in the rest rooms.

      Pros

      Working with some very good people with great technical expertise that are committed to doing a good job.

      Cons

      Poor senior management. Some bad acquisitions put the company in trouble. Managers whose business declined under their watch are protected and others pushed out the door. Senior management did not know how to protect and grow the business and got run over by the competition.

Over the past few years, management has made a concerted effort to ensure long-term, steady success, in fact our latest report reflects a strong start for the company this year and we’re very excited about the new opportunities in public safety that are being pursued in addition to other programs.
