      Great company to work for but has a poor top level management structure. Using recycled Senior Leadership is never a good strategy for success!

      Pros

      At GDC4S, people are given opportunity to succeed and work with great and talented people. Work conditions are fair and management allows you to own tasks .

      Cons

      Benefits were being downsized. New proposals were not as complex systems as they had been. More international customers are needed. Due to USG lack of work, there is a lull in employment and moral.

      Pros

      GDAIS employs some of the best engineers and developers I have ever encountered. Most of the technical people at GDAIS are creative, hard working employees who take ownership and pride in their work. They are among the best people I have ever worked with.

      Cons

      Entrenched management with no vision has caused nearly irreparable harm to this great company. The purchase of non-aligned businesses has watered down the core strengths and products of the company. Pursuing "flavor of the day" business areas where they are competing with much more recognized and capable companies will be a losing proposition for GDAIS. The IT organization is lacking strong leadership. Gartner really runs the organization. IT management is more focused on avoiding blame than providing innovative solutions to their business customers within AIS. Lately, the cost cutting efforts have driven a number of bad decisions that will ultimately cost the company much more that they will ever save.
