      Pros

      Excellent co-workers and supervisors. Enjoyed the projects I was working on during the first two years. Opportunity to work on military projects. Exposure to cutting edge technologies. Opportunities to get a wide array of experience in a short periods.

      Cons

      Can be moved around from project to project very quickly. At one point I worked on 5 projects in 6 months each using different technologies. Can become jack of all trades master of none. Frequently expected to work weekends with no bonuses for extra work.

      good benefits and salary, great experience, good people to work with, being able to contribute to the success of a military mission

      working on government projects with all the associated overhead, limited recognition for accomplishments, management finds it easy to let people go

      Pros

      Great employees. Talented staff. The location is pretty.

      Cons

      At the Glen Rock location, senior management is incompetent. The only proficient skill is in deceiving senior management in Scottsdale AZ. More time is spent on creating presentations and recovering from false communication with customers than in developing a viable product. Staff is kept in the dark. This organization has amazing potential that is being wasted. Moral is the lowest of any organization I have ever worked for.
