      GDMS looks good on a resume?

      It's not uncommon to hear people talking about wanting to leave GDMS in the halls or even the occasional person on the phone being interviewed for a position elsewhere. The management has and "old guard" mentallity and it's very hard succeed unless you are a "chosen one" and usually the chosen ones are the worst employees to be around.
