Employees get to work on incredible projects all around the globe with our allies. There is a growing tech focus in the defense industry in general and GD-MS is at the forefront of much of that technology.

Cons

There is a lot of corporate bureaucracy and large meetings that greatly slow and sometimes extinguish innovation.

You get every other Friday off.

Cons

This is a company that is stagnant under the weight of its internal business processes. Upper management is oblivious to the lack of quality middle management. Your weeks are mostly filled with useless meetings, leaving you little time to get your work done. Ask someone for help with a problem or challenge and they'll refer you to someone else. If your company ever gets bought by GDMS, immediately seek employment elsewhere. Everything they say about "no changes" or "We want to learn how you do things" is a complete lie.
