Work life balance is good with a 9/80 schedule. Benefits are good and with the right attitude you can move right up the chain

Cons

The process of projects can really got bogged down in the weeds and management can keep it there for a while. Compensation could probably higher

Great people that learned about work ethic, pride in product and outstanding customer focus while the company was still Motorola Government Electronics Group.

Cons

After General Dynamics acquired Motorola Government electronics group the heart was torn out of the organization. IT became a for profit corporation
