Pros

Good career advancement opportunities and a variety of different types of programs to work on.

Cons

Lack of vision from the business leadership and poor/slow response to shifting market priorities, staffing needs, etc... the upper management's style is very re-active and not really consistent.

One of the better places one can work

Pros

There were some great people working, highly competent, technically proficient people. I had a wonderfully flexible schedule and a fantastic work/life balance. Of course schedules are dependent on the client site at which you work. I had a positive experience working here and if I hadn't chosen to leave the area, would probably still be with them.

Cons

The home office has many benefits that don't apply outside of the home office.
