Pay, less than reasonable. No bonus, few raises, employee perks were cut throughout my stay with this company. Technology is way behind the curve. This machine of a company trudges through with little proper planning and are not prepared to keep their employees during market changes.

- Upper management can't stop themselves from treating the employees poorly. This meant annual reductions in benefits, poor raises, and zero incentives or retention. - Because of the first reason, employee morale was low. - Long-term employment was not encouraged. Corporate philosophy was to bring in junior engineers and NCGs to replace experienced people that left. - Company regularly gets in the way of progress rather than fosters it.
