-Mission focused coworkers -Interesting projects -Great name recognition -Big time clients -Excellent site leadership -Honesty amongst upper management -They really try and take care of you when contracts end

Cons

-Sometimes mismanagement and mishaps during the contract process that lead to some interesting problems -management involved in the contract process needs further training to be more efficiently agile
