Pros

GDMS management stresses success, and is mission focused! They will do all they can to provide you the tools and resources you need to be succesful for the customer, but succesful for the company and you in the long run.

Cons

They are a large government contractor, so you don't usually get the small, start-up company feel. However, they always have some really cool IRAD going on, and by really cool, I mean the latest-greatest high tech, next gen technologies from software engineering, to satellites and missles, to naval vessel design.
