      Pros

      Great salary and benefits. Very interesting defense-type work. Good people, very professional. Hours are flexible and accommodating. Work-life balance is encouraged.

      Cons

      Because of cutbacks in govt funding, layoffs are common place. Workloads have increased substantially in the last 3 years.

We agree that government cuts hurt, and we are doing our best to work through this difficult time by encouraging continued funding of our core programs as well as by exploring new markets.
