      Pros

      Good HR policies, respectful workplace, talented people, reasonable amount of training, decent pay, good work-life balance, flexible working hours.

      Cons

      Lately it has become very stressful working environment do to a huge number of back-to back layoffs. In addition no carrier development plan can be implemented and executed during such unstable times.

      Pros

      Compensation is great....If you can break into inner circle you will do reasonably well.

      Cons

      Leadership opportunities limited, still a bit of boys club. Leadership track and promotion track is a complete mystery.

      Morale not great

      Pros

      Interesting work when there is work. Most employees are easy to get along with and knowledgeable in their fields. Benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Upper management does not plan far enough ahead. Company is in the process of outsourcing factory workers, engineers, designers etc. Layoffs for years which has caused horrific morale.
