      The rich processes and deep talent pool offers a great working atmosphere for younger employees to learn and grow. The time off is generous and the benefits are appropriate.

      Cons

      This business segment is very dependent upon the defense sector. If defense dollars dry up this is an at-risk place to be when budgets are cut.

      Pros

      The job was very interesting. I learned a lot about technology that most people completely dismiss on a day to day basis.

      Cons

      This company is a great place to work. But, I just had to leave. After 13 years I just didn't get the same fulfillment anymore. If the top pay was better I could probably put up with a few more years.
