Pros
Good, technically competent people. Projects are really challenging, interesting and fun. Interesting people to work with.
Cons
Management has no idea what they are doing. They have not diversified and appear to not be interested in diversifying. They have no loyalty to employees who've worked for the company for years. There are few interesting projects left. They are loosing their best employees.
