      Working condictions on specific program were excellent, 9/80 schedule was fantastic

      Management levels above PM were none existent, and unaware of actual program performance.

      Excellent experience at GDC4S until the final year when business fell off rapidly.

      Pros

      GDC4S staff exhibit excellent teamwork and are highly capable. The engineering staff are first rate, as are the business development people and program managers.

      Cons

      GDC4S business has been falling off rapidly the past few years due to defense budget cuts. Layoffs have been deep in Scottsdale, demoralizing the remaining staff.
