- Hardly any in-office/out-of-office activities. People go there to work primarily. - Low diversity. “Pale, Male, Stale” environment.

Fantastic work environment. Excellent middle management. Upper management does a good job of insulting you from the worst of stuff flowing downhill. Everybody does their job well.

Cons

Lots of retiring seniors in the workplace have had an impact on knowledge. Luckily they're hiring to try and mitigate this issue.

You get every other Friday off.

Cons

This is a company that is stagnant under the weight of its internal business processes. Upper management is oblivious to the lack of quality middle management. Your weeks are mostly filled with useless meetings, leaving you little time to get your work done. Ask someone for help with a problem or challenge and they'll refer you to someone else. If your company ever gets bought by GDMS, immediately seek employment elsewhere. Everything they say about "no changes" or "We want to learn how you do things" is a complete lie.
