      GDAIS has been a rewarding place to work, but in recent years management decisions have been at the expense of employees

      Pros

      In the past there has been a lot of interesting projects to work on, with opportunities to work on different technologies from project to project.

      Cons

      In recent years the company has been cutting benefits and does not seem to value the hard work of its employees. They have had layoffs on projects followed by overtime being strongly encouraged a few weeks later. Recently employees were paid on unpaid time, regardless how many years they have worked hard for the company and made profits for the company.

      They pay very well and the employees are hard workers

      Cons

      They are in a death spiral. The current management has shown no backbone to make the tough decision to reduce the level of principals, directors and VPs while reducing the workforce. The result is that these senior managers just get re-assigned elsewhere to keep making the same dumb decisions
