      Interesting work, but management is top heavy and in a lot of instances do not have the foresight to succeed.

      Pros

      The work is very interesting and the engineer you work with are talented.

      Cons

      Too many managers that seem to react instead of having a good road map or understanding of what it takes to succeed. Always playing catchup (i.e. in crisis mode). A lot of people have been working 60+ hours for years now.

      Pros

      Many smart, interesting people to work with. Excellent gym on site only $10 per month. Excellent educational opportunities. WPI teaches classes on site and you can also choose to go elsewhere to continue your education.

      Cons

      More senior people are pigeon-holed and forced to work on legacy systems even if they express a desire to move on to more current projects. It is difficult to move on to another project for most people.
