      Pros

      Good HR policies, respectful workplace, talented people, reasonable amount of training, decent pay, good work-life balance, flexible working hours.

      Cons

      Lately it has become very stressful working environment do to a huge number of back-to back layoffs. In addition no carrier development plan can be implemented and executed during such unstable times.

      The compressed work week is definitely one of the best perks of the job. Benefits are comparable to other companies in a similar field.

      Complete lack of communication between workers and middle management. Too many managers with too few workers.
