Pros

People, pay is decent. Lots of areas to move around. Depending on the project you are on you could travel to some interesting places.

Cons

Way too much politics going on, and too much unnecessary process is enforced on people. Company has a huge issue with keeping up with current software technologies. This is specially problematic as lower level engineers cant get proper advice from senior engineers / architects, so evidently everything is built "home-grown" "from-scratch". Basically, GDC is a large company stuck in the 90s with way too much systems engineering and process.
