      Pros

      Stable company Many divisions, so there are ample opportunities to advance within the company or try something new. Company tries to stay current with technology, which is necessary in order to keep engineers interested.

      Cons

      Projects are contract based meaning that you don't do anything without guidance from the customer. This can lead to frustration when you cannot improve upon a product unless guided by the customer. Huge employee count, so advancement is a slow process.

      Very demanding work, challenging - but interesting. Most often work in excess of 50hrs weekly
