      Pros

      The work environment is not bad, very casual unless customers are in the building or having a big meeting that day.

      Cons

      There is no opportunity for advancement. They are stuck in a very legacy way of doing things. There is almost no new innovation and no one in management cares if you have new ideas. They stick with the old way as the trusted way.

      Large organization that offers a good deal of opportunity. No need to stay in any position too long if you are not satisfied. Loads of talented people working here. Benefits are good and in line with competitors.

      Cons

      Many of the most talented individuals are simply big fish in a very big pond. Retirement benefits erode a bit more each year. Constant organizational changes.
