      Pros

      You will get to work on a lot of interesting projects (but that is the case with any defense contractor). The office has a lot of amenities -- they just remodeled and it is very nice. They give good PTO benefits They give a good 401K match (that is hard for other companies to compete with). You get exposed to a wide variety of tech stacks. You get to work on multiple different projects -- keeping you relevant in the industry.

      Cons

      - The benefits are not even close to as good as when I started. They really have cut our benefits significantly. - Promotions are extremely rare - In my opinion, they pay way under market rate for the skills they require. - Lack of responsibility in management. - They have a tendency to just through you on new projects and not give you the proper training needed to be functional.

      Pros

      Some smart people and some decent benefits

      Cons

      New company president is getting rid of anyone who doesn't think like him. Lots of very good people are being shown the door, creating fear and angst among those who remain. Survival means averting eye contact, keeping your head down and mouth shut, and bobbing your head up and down in agreement. Cronyism and passive-egressive behavior abound.

      Some (not all) of the upper level execs do not really understand the challenges we face in a very competitive market. That being said, the partnership is becoming stronger and an effort is being made to better understand so they can help assist more
