      Pros

      General Dyanamics pays well and has a flexible work schedule and trys to give employees new opportunities. Managers were understanding to employees family needs. Good facilities and clean areas of town to work in.

      Cons

      General Dyanamics should be in both Goverment and Commercial sector, to help keep employees employeed when a Gov. contract finishes. We were not diversified in different job sectors to provide enough employment for the team. Offsite training opportunities were very few and not provided or offered.

      Flexible hours every other Friday Off.

      Cons

      Management condescending attitude. Small raises for workers but big bonuses for them. Very prevalent Good ole Boy network.
