Decent pay, Fascinating environment, Corporate and top management does try to make safety the highest priority, HR's goal is to be as fair and understanding as possible when issues may arise.
Cons
Safety is NOT number 1 priority for lower management and supervision. They preach the safety procedures,, which violating them can get you terminated, while adhering to them will make you a target from supervision. Tattle tale culture. Bullying runs rampant. Evaluation system is unfair and favoritism is out of control. Unprofessional and uneducated supervision.
