Pay is pretty good and some roles have a lot of flexibility. Free swag on occasion

Cons

Entirely is too much expected of people due to poor planning and hiring. Multiple people are fulfilling multiple roles making it nearly impossible for them to meet all of the goals given to them. Management jokes about " Everyone wearing a lot of hats" but doesn't do anything to help support the people that are wearing those hats. Consistent bias and favoritism. General lack of policy enforcement.
